JudgeAI Terms of Use

Effective Date: 28 May 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of JudgeAI websites, applications, data rooms, generated reports, generated PDFs, AI Arbitration, AI Lawmaking, the Normative Engine, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the JudgeAI Privacy Policy, Platform Use & Procedural Record Policy, AI Arbitration Rules, and any separate subscription, customer, or case-specific agreement that applies to your use of the Services.

1. Who May Use the Services

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement with JudgeAI and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

The Services are not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian where required by law.

2. Accounts and Access

Some Services require an account, authentication, or an invitation link. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and not share access with anyone who is not authorized to use your account or data room.

JudgeAI may restrict access to registered users, invited parties, paid users, authorized customers, or specific email addresses. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or protection of the Services.

3. Subscriptions, Usage Limits, and Fees

Certain features may be subject to subscriptions, monthly usage limits, run limits, case limits, or other commercial terms. Unless a separate agreement provides otherwise, usage limits may be changed, reset, enforced, or suspended to protect platform reliability and cost control.

Paid features, refunds, billing cycles, taxes, and payment processing may be governed by additional subscription terms or third-party payment provider terms presented at checkout or in a customer agreement.

4. User Content

You may submit prompts, documents, evidence, claims, responses, draft rules, policy materials, feedback, and other content to the Services ("User Content"). You retain any rights you have in your User Content.

You grant JudgeAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, analyze, extract text from, transform, and otherwise use User Content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, enforce, and improve the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement.

You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to submit User Content and to share it with any invited parties, recipients, or data-room participants.

5. AI Outputs

The Services may generate analyses, recommendations, draft awards, draft bills, procedural views, risk scores, summaries, PDFs, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use AI Outputs for lawful purposes, but you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on, publishing, filing, serving, or implementing them.

AI Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular context. They are not a substitute for qualified legal, regulatory, professional, institutional, or human review.

6. AI Arbitration and Data Rooms

AI Arbitration data rooms are designed to organize filings, evidence, party access, procedural records, notices, and AI-assisted outputs. The Platform Use & Procedural Record Policy explains how JudgeAI forms and maintains the working procedural record.

Unless the parties have separately agreed that JudgeAI notices or data-room invitations constitute legally valid service or procedural notice, an automated platform notice may not by itself satisfy any formal service-of-process, arbitration, court, statutory, or contractual notice requirement.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, violent, exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-violating activity. You must not submit content that you are not authorized to process or share.

You must not bypass safety controls, access controls, procedural restrictions, rate limits, or usage limits; use bots or scrapers except as expressly permitted; reverse engineer or extract underlying platform components; interfere with the Services; or compromise JudgeAI or third-party systems.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, cloud storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, document processing, and AI infrastructure. Your use of some third-party features may be subject to additional terms and privacy notices from those providers.

9. Service Changes and Availability

JudgeAI may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, workflows, run limits, data-room functions, generated output formats, or Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

10. No Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. JudgeAI does not warrant that the Services or AI Outputs will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, non-infringing, fit for a particular purpose, or free from errors, omissions, loss, or alteration.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JudgeAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business, goodwill, or opportunity arising from or relating to the Services or AI Outputs.

Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and any separate written agreement between you and JudgeAI.

12. Indemnity

If you use the Services on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you agree to indemnify and hold JudgeAI harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, your sharing or use of AI Outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

A separate customer agreement, subscription agreement, arbitration agreement, or case-specific agreement may specify governing law, forum, arbitration, or dispute-resolution procedures. If no separate agreement applies, disputes will be handled under applicable law by a court or tribunal with competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

JudgeAI may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after an update means that the updated Terms apply to your use of the Services.
